Stupid Safari popups

Any help on how to get rid of this popup (see attached pdf) that seems to be on any site with ads, including MacRumors? Really frustrating! I have gone through several of the other threads here and removed lots of files, including clearing cookies and checking for applications.

It appears to be related to Sophos.

It's a security warning that's telling you that you maybe connecting to a dodgy website. Do you really not want Safari to warn you of that?
