My AppleTV started stuttering the other day (skipping frames essentially). There was another thread about this, but it is buried somewhere. Anyway, I had the TV filled up except for 300 mbs free, after clearning off a lot of space, it appears to be working fine. When it stuttered I could hear the hard drive cranking. Maybe some kind of buffering room issue.
