Ipad 2's colors are definitely bolder, but I can't tell which is more accurate.

What's with the crazy hash pattern in the model's arm on the ipad 2 shot?

I am a professional photographer. I mainly use the iPad to show my work.
I currently have both iPad 32GB+3G and iPad2 32GB Wi-Fi.

In the Photos App, swiping full screen images from one to another is fluid and smooth on the iPad, now on the iPad2, there is stuttering in the transitions.

Pinching and zooming seem to be ok.

Still, with double the processor speed, the stuttering shouldn't happen. Specially since according to the specs, the iPad2 has better video frame rate.

Both iPads are using the same exact photos, synced from iTunes. So they are optimized automatically.

I must say the color and screen quality is much, much better in the iPad2. Side by side comparison shows better whites and blacks, richer color, sharper and with more contrast.

Here are 2 samples of the screen comparison.

Cheers

Patrick

Wow I thought I was the only one. Mine has that same stuttering when flicking through my photos and I just don't get it. Haven't heard anyone else complain until now, and I even started my iPad 2 off as a new iPad (not from backup), to avoid issues like this.
