iOS Submit apps to the Appstore with Xcode beta

Is it possible to submit apps to the Appstore with a beta version of Xcode? If not, what are the options I have if I'm running a beta version of macOS on my mac?
 
Apple doesn't normally allow submissions built with beta versions of Xcode. It's probably OK if you have a beta macOS but are build the app with a current version of Xcode.
