How do you obtain diagnostic information on a repeatable bug. I have a utility on my PC that generates such logs I have no clue how it is done in macOS. Apple wants it submitted with the report.

What I have learned is I have to be careful about the info I am seeing. So much of it seems to be for the Intel Mac's.

Talk about a off the wall problem. It turns out the Bug was not with the Mac Studio or Sonoma 14.4. It was a bad HDMI port on my Yamaha AVR. I restarted the Mac and but the screen stayed blank, after the reboot. I ran an HDMI cable directly from the mac to the monitor and it monitor opened normally. I swapped out the HDMI cable between the Mac and the Yamaha no joy. so I tried an unused HDMI port and it works. A fast check and the Sound tab works normally.🤷‍♂️
