Subscribed to Apple Music, songs are grayed out on PC but work on my Mac

Hi all! In need of some desperate help here 🙂

I am subscribed to both itunes Match and Apple Music. For some reason, some songs that are mine that predated me being subscribed to these things are suddenly grayed out and unplayable. Moreover, when I am on my Mac and add things to "My Music" via Apple Music, they are unplayable on my PC and I don't know how to remedy the problem.


Any help would be much appreciated.

Check to make sure the songs are "checked" - if they are unchecked (easily viewable in Songs list view), they will be greyed out and unplayable. You can make a smart playlist for all songs that are not checked.
