Subscriptions purchased on MacBook

I normally purchase my ESPN , Paramount etc subscriptions via my iPhone. The nice part being that I can clearly see when my subscriptions are renewing and when I can cancel them.

Today I purchased a subscription for the tv channel Paramount Plus. I did this via my MacBook Pro.

The subscription is not showing under my subscriptions section. Is it because I didn't use a specific iphone streaming app to subscribe to originally? What triggers subscriptions to be shown? Cheers
