Subsidized iPhone pricing available through Rogers without iPhone specific plan?

I was wondering if anyone knew if subsidized pricing is available through Rogers if you choose a plan not listed as iPhone 3G Voice and Data Packages (http://www.rogers.com/web/content/wireless-products/iphone_voice_data_packages). Thanks.

I would not count on it. But it would be interesting to find out.

I was wondering the same thing as I can't justify paying for a data plan. Especially when I'm around wifi most of the time. I imagine if they do offer a subsidy for voice only plans it will less than for the iPhone specific plans.
