Success in switching SIM between iP4 and 3GS?

Has anyone successfully switched their SIM card between their iPhone 4 and their 3GS (with an adaptor of course)? Can you go back and forth as many times as you want? I'm thinking I may need to do this until the reception issue is worked out.

Yeah I was wondering the same thing for my dad. Sorry if this is a thread-hijack, but could you recommend a cheap microsim to SIM adapter?

I have. I am currently using MyWi on my 3GS when I need to. Microsim adapters are awesome! Both phones work perfectly fine.
