Amidst the hundred of horror stories, I would like to let you know about my recent MM success story.

Like many, I am an avid iCal, Address Book and Email user. With that said, I am always wanting my info up-to-date across my iMac, internet and iPhone -- MM solves this. Well, not until last night did it really click how GREAT the service really was.

I walked into the Apple Store last night and explained to the Genius that I was having battery life issues and that I have tried a couple different things and still nothing helped. Without any questions asked, the Genius switched my iPhone for a brand new one, updated the firmware and had me enter my MM account details. Within 5 minutes, all of my contacts, calendars and emails were back on my iPhone! It was a great feeling to not have to rush home and reload everything that I needed -- I was fully functional by the time I left the store. AMAZING

I could only imagine being away on business or vacation and not having access to a computer that had my info on it; I would have been screwed!
