iOS Such big memory leaks

When using Instrument ,i found my app really had big memory leaks after startup even stayed idle . Below is the snapshot .
As a newbie ,i don't know what that exactly mean.
Hope someone could kindly give me some clue.

The important thing is to find leaks that are your fault - most (all) of those don't look they are.
