Sudden crashing of iPhone Applications...Please Help!

Today almost all my apps (even apple stock) suddenly started to crash.

Only a few don't: cydia, sms, phone, music...

My iOS is 5.0.1 jailbroken.

I jailbroke my iphone about a month ago and this is the first time this has happend.

They were working find today, but now they all crash.

Sounds like you have apps that conflict with each other or the jailbreak OS. Other than a hard reset, you could delete the most recent apps one at a time and see if the problem is fixed. Then add back your apps, without the one that seemed to be problematical.

I had this happen once and downloading an app fixed it. It was strange, it was just that one time and every single downloaded app would open and crash within 2 seconds.
