Since installing iOS 9 I've noticed web ads have become overly sensitive to the touch. I'll be scrolling macrumors and just place my finger over an ad as I'm swiping up the screen, then suddenly that ad opens a new page.

This keeps happening all over my Internet! but only happens with adverts... It's almost like Apple want me to use ad blockers...

I've come across that here and there in 8.3 and 8.4 and previous iOS 9 betas, but not so far with the latest beta 4.

Yes, there are ads that do this. Even the slightest touch, where you'd normally be scrolling without the intent of "clicking", will take you to the advertisers website.
I've also encountered ads that "hijack" a website's URL completely on mobile Safari and after a second or two take you to a banner every time you visit. I've had this happen on Macrumors once and Engadget on multiple occasions.
