Suddenly, no sound from built-in speaker

I can get sound from headset, but built-in speaker has no sound, and the sound volume slide bar is dead too (all gray, can't drag).
Any idea?
 
solved. looks like even when i unplugged my headset, some glitch in that jack still trapped, plug/unplug several times solved the problem.
