Suffer beach balling while opening new tabs in Safari 11

Anyone suffers the same problem as in the title?
Not almost the time I encounter this, but specifically, when I stay idle scrolling facebook or other websites, then I open a new tab and the beach balling occurs. I didn't suffer this from previous Sierra.
