I'm looking at using sugar sync as a sync/backup for all our photos because it allows you to have an online gallery and lets you do it on a top level folder unlike dropbox.

However, I can't find any info on their site about the rights of the photos once uploaded. I'm just trying to avoid being face booked by them.

If anyone knows any other service that builds online galleries that would be great help too.

Sugar Sync Photos

Have tried SS based on Apple forum comments. Very disappointed with drawback of orphaned photo files after a hard drive crash. I can't delete them and it's eating up 3 GB of SS storage. SS Support states this is Expected Behavior!
