suggest email software for new user group

I wish too set up a new user group. but I think I may need a new piece of software?
just simple emails.

I’d suggest just using Google groups to do this.

You mean you want someone to only be able to pick a contact that is specified only in the group?

I’d suggest just using Google groups to do this.
