Suggested Literature for Final Cut Express 4.0

My dad has just bought the new Final Cut Express and I have decided that since iMovie 06 what lacking some functionality and iMovie 08 went completely down hill from 06, I will attempt to learn the majorities of its basic features especially since I have to make a film this time next year for school!

I was wondering if anyone had any books (UK) or websites/downloads suggested to help learn the basics?
