Suggestion on Lighting Purchase

Can anyone suggest a piece of lighting for video shoots?

I'm looking for a softbox with a stand. Basically something that comes with everything it needs to work. Just plug it in!

I personally use lowell lighting products, Their softboxes are really nice, and easy to set up, it's like opening an umbrella. There are different sizes and wattages available, here is the link to the 500W one:

looks great but the absolute most i can spend is around $200.
