Suggestions for setting up Server

Hello guys, well for the past couple of weeks, I've been learning how to use the server app, since I got my mini, but I'm having a bit of trouble and ended up doing a mess with my user permission, profile manager and cerytificates, so I had to do a clean install, no worries, but my question is If I create a new user and manage the server from there would it be more suitable so I don't screw my user again?, can it be possible?
