Suggestions on where to purchase WordPress Themes?

Can someone recommend a reliable site for purchasing Wordpress themes? A Google search brings up a million results, so I could use a little member feedback.

Never purchased a WP theme, but I hear that themeforest.net is good.

Woothemes are great. So great, in fact, that some of their features are being rolled into WP 3.0.

Definitely worth a look.
