Suitcase Fusion 7 - can't load fonts - stuck on "processing.."

As the title suggest, when I drag just 4-5 fonts into the Font Library, nothing is added or loaded and keeps "processing.." endlessly.

I'm running El Capitan. Am I missing something, or do I need to delete the fusion file in Library, or use Fusion 6 instead?

I have thousands of fonts in Fusion 18.2.2, with the Fusion Vault option turned on. I have no issues like you mention... but there are a lot of variables. I have an i7 processor, 32GB RAM, the latest macOS version and a fairly fast internet connection.

I would recommend un-installing Suitcase Fusion completely (all the prefs, extensions, etc...) and re-installing to see if that fixes it. If it doesn't fix it, try creating a new (temporary) user account and running it in there. If the problem goes away, then there's another problem in your regular user account—and that would be difficult to diagnose.

I'm having the same issue, stuck on "processing". Tried re-install. Running 'Sierra'. Did you get anywhere with this POS?
