Sunlight and the rMB Screen

How legible is the screen outside, under direct sunlight?

Does being out in the sun have any effect on battery life? Anyone run into other issues working outside with the rMB?

I havent noticed any issues in sunlight at all, I can see the screen just fine. I like how it also disables the keyboard backlight when you are in the sun, it knows haha.

I believe all the recent back lit KB MacBooks do that. At least my MBA and MBPR have a ambient light setting it turns the keyboard brighter and dimmer in certain lighting situations.

No problems in sunlight here in sunny Florida.
