So I just changed the batteries on my Apple Bluetooth Mouse and now the mouse moves insanely fast no matter at what speed I put the tracking at. The slowest setting is the only one that's not fast but it's way too slow, and from then on, it just goes from fast, to extreme. Any ideas?

Turn it off and on again

If that doesn't work repair the mouse

If that doesn't work reboot

I don't know if you have this issue fixed or not but I came across this

Contents of PRAM

Some Macintosh computers may not have all the settings described below. For Mac OS X information, refer to Mac OS X: What's Stored in PRAM?

Status of AppleTalk
Serial Port Configuration and Port definition
Alarm clock setting
Application font
Serial printer location
Autokey rate
Autokey delay
Speaker volume
Attention (beep) sound
Double-click time
Caret blink time (insertion point rate)
Mouse scaling (mouse speed)
Startup disk

So you could reset the PRam as discussed in the link given.
