Hi, this has happened several times now where I am burning a DVD and the whole time my superdrive is ROARING loud. When it gets to the end and is writing the leadout it fails and I waste another dvd. I wrote down the error that Toast spat out:

The drive reported an error:
Sense key = HARDWARE ERROR
Sense Code = 0x3E, 0x02
TIMEOUT ON LOGICAL UNIT

What does this mean, anyone know? I have applecare so do I need to take this into the genius bar? I've never been I hope this sort of thing is covered. Is there something I can do to fix this annoying issue or does it definitely need to be checked out by techs?

2.16 ghz intel core 2 duo
2g ram
24" imac

i had that error before, but it seemed to stop when i didn't move the laptop while burning or when it was on a flat surface.
