I recently purchased a PowerMac that came with a double-layer SuperDrive (SONY DVD RW DW-Q28A). I originally haven't had any problems using the drive, but a couple of days ago it started to give me problems. Now the drive won't read any media at all. When I insert an audio CD itunes can pickup the number of tracks and their lengths but when I try to actually play the song I can't hear it. With DVDs after I insert them I hear two beeps from the drive and the disc is immediately ejected. Data CDs don't mount as well. I would appreciate any help on this matter thanks!
