Hey, this is my first Mac and I have a question about the slot loading part. Well, I have a PS3, so the slot loading blu-ray drive is very sensitive, once I put the disc in, it just takes the disc. on the new 2.0GHz MacBook, is it normal for me to slide the disc more than half way in and then taking in the disc?

This was my experience with my MB 2.4. It took me by surprise as my PB grabs it about halfway. Either way it seemed fine.

Yes, normal.

Yeah its normal, i would have preferred it snatching it half-way, but thats not the case. It also makes lots of loud noises -_-
