I recently installed SuperDuper to run my backups on my MacBook Pro, and my backups are stored on a 3 TB external hard drive.

I have Windows 7 running on my Mac under Parallels.

My question is: If I browsed the external hard drive with Finder, where will I find my Windows 7 C: drive, with its folders, in case I needed to restore a file/folder from there?

I can see the Windows 7 applications listed under Users\MyName\Applications(Parallels)\Windows 7 Applications, but that's not what I am looking for.

Parallels usually creates its Virtual Machine files in your Documents folder. You can't extract anything individually from that VM file though, without opening it using the Parallels app itself.
