Both are good, both have free trials. Get both and try them out to see which you prefer. I used both and preferred CCC. YMMV depending on what you like.

Have used Super Duper for years and it is very good. The problem issue I found Super Duper cannot find my Synology DS920+ NAS for backups. That's odd because Time Machine and Finder can. MacOS Mojove.

My Intego security software includes Personal Backup app and it works well with the NAS and all other drives. Can be used like Time Machine or smart cloning like Super Duper.

ChronoSync

I could never get ChronoSync to work reliable with network drives.

I used SuperDuper for a while then switched to CCC. Has possibly the best support of any program I have ever used. Frequently updated, easy to use, awesome user interface.
