Has anyone else noticed how much more quickly Siri is responding with iOS8? Yesterday, I was checking some NCAAF scores, and it seems as though I would barely finish asking before she would answer. I mean, they were all but instantaneous.

I never had major issues with Siri, as many have reported, but this is a very noticeable improvement.

Yes, I have noticed that Siri responds more quickly than before. It's still not very accurate for me, but I use it occasionally.

Probably because it translates as you're talking now.

I also noticed that Siri is quicker with its responses. I was not for sure if it was Siri or my more reliable data with my new carrier.

It streams text on the fly now. So half the work is already done.

I noticed the dictated txt, but didn't know how that made it faster. Just glad it is.

I've been messing around with Sir I for about an hour now and it's an order of magnitude better than it was last month. It's actually fun and useful now, especially now that Hey Siri ends the need to tap at it all the time. It's fun while cooking!. If you haven't tried it in a while I encourage everyone to mess with it a bit. It even beats Google Now and I would not have said that last month. Nice job Apple!.

I also noticed "Hey Siri" works in the Siri screen even if the device isn't plugged in
