Superman movie style motion / after fx template

Looking for a superman style title sequence for video / or 'superhero' theme would be cool.

motion 4 / after fx cs5 would be cool.

If you have After Effects or Motion you won't need a theme since you can create it in either one of those applications. Here's the tutorial for After Effects. You can probably Google a tutorial for Motion. Hope this helps!
