Is anyone aware of any issues to the "My Support Profile" page?

When I log in I see a list of incorrect cases (which show errors when clicked) and incorrect repairs (which again show errors).

I used the website feedback tool, and later filed a bug report but it's been over a month and there's been no correspondence. Does anyone know of a better way to get support for the support profile?
 
It's s h i t – that's why.

Half the "cases" from my history are missing details, or have nothing at all. Applecare support is useless except for the most basic of things. Only worth buying sometimes for the hardware failure element.
