Support profile showing wrong colour phone

I ordered a gold iPhone 7 + during the preorder, to be delivered on Friday. A 7+ just showed up on my support profile today with a serial # but it's showing a black phone. Do they just use a generic picture that is not actually representative of what you ordered?

Ya, I have my iphone 6+ (and other iDevices) as the wrong colour since I got it at launch day 2yrs ago, as long as the serial numbers match, it's fine, a its generic picture.
