Supreme Preferences, no longer supreme?

Resolved:IntelliScreen was causing the problems.

Wondering if anyone can shed some light? I installed supreme preferences through cydia around 2 weeks ago, activated with winterboard all worked dandy until today..

The Settings icon is still supreme however the settings have reverted back to normal settings with no supreme option.

I have tried reinstalling / deactivating & reactivating with winterboard and no luck

Any ideas?
