    Hi guys,

I have been noticing a strange tiny thing that is bothering me while surfing the net. I first noticed it in Safari while slowly scrolling up or down a page I would see a horizontal distortion like going on across the screen. This did not happen in Firefox 2.2 but it appears in Firefox 3 now

Is any body else having a similar issue? Is there a problem on my VGA card? Any solution?

Note: it only happens when holding the mouse over the scroll bar.

    Thanks!

    No problem noted one my iMac - 3.06Ghz, 2600 video, 4Gb, 10.5.3.
Out of curiosity, do you have the 8800 video card?

Yes I do. The issue is not very clear but I see it if I look for it! I didn't have it in any of my previous Macs so I am guessing it is an error in the latest code of Safari or so!

I figured that there is a bug in the nVidia driver since this is not occuring with ATIs  I have 10.5.3 and the latest Safari. I tried all other Macs and the problem occurs on all that have 10.5.3 + latest Safari/FireFox with nVidia VGA cards ONLY.

Chock up another reason to get the 2600 video option.
