But but but - they said the smaller packaging sans charging block would mean they could ship more phones. Says the person waiting a month for her phone to arrive. 🙁 None in my area either. I should have ordered a week early so it would definitely arrive by my birthday. 12/9 - 12/16 projected arrival. 12/12 birthday and hope to have my 12 that day.

There are plenty in all colors and capacities available in the five Apple stores near me. The only one I can’t get is the sim free version. I’m in the San Jose, Ca area.

I had one on order for delivery Nov 27th, walked into a Verizon store at 10:30am on Friday and got a 256GB PB, just like I wanted. They had every color and storage size. Im in Orange County CA, 3.5 million people here, so not a small area. No lines, 3 people in the store.

thats odd, because weren't people on launch day mocking for too much Pro Max supply? lol... i knew they'd go fast....i was at West Cost store over the weekend sold out... especially sim free, they said until December.

I feel like it was ok, in my state around 2pm the 12 PM gold of any kind was sold out everywhere for ATT. One apple store had one but by the time I called to confirm it was unavailable. I was able to order the phones later that evening for a 10am pick up, so I don’t think it was too bad this year.

I ordered the Monday after pre orders started and got mine launch day. I would say inventory was healthier or less people ordered.
