He bought a new MacBook on Monday, and apparently it didn't arrive yet, first world problems.

Ok, the Store web site was just about the worst I've ever seen.

I had to go to my phone to complete the sale. It wouldn't even go through on my desktop. It wasn't that there was a delay, it didn't work. As many have said here, it took them 20 minutes to process the sale. So I suppose they waited it out, with a Nov. shipping date as a reward.

I'm not sure what happened, but people here seem to be taking it in stride this time. Kudos.

But the point here is a couple days later I get that email, which I thought was amusing considering. I don't like to be negative in that particular way, so I came here to ... complete my own survey.

Unfortunately, this thread is being answered by folks who didn't go there, apparently, which is not it's intended purpose. So just let it die. Thanks.
