Here and there
I have a questions why some people get suspended and banned from prsi while others get suspended and are still allowed to post in prsi. Seems pretty unfair that the rules seem only to apply to some here

If you're suspended, you can't post anywhere at all. If you see a user with Suspended under their name and they've made a post, it would have been a post they made before they were suspended.

If you mean why some people are suspended and permanently banned whilst others are suspended for a time period and allowed to post again, that depends on the frequency or offensiveness of their indiscretions.

Moderation is done on an escalation basis. Reminders -> short suspensions -> longer suspensions -> Banning.

In the PRSI, we have a three strike rule, meaning if you violate the rules within the PRSI 3 times in a 6 month period access to the PRSI forum is revoked. Those three strikes could be reminders and no suspension, or they could be a mixture of moderation. Suspensions in of themselves is not indicative of permanent loss of the PRSI.

OP here is a post explaining the PRSI policy @maflynn mentioned.

What you may have noticed is person A gets a suspension then returns to PRSI since this is not their third violation in the six month period. Then person B might get the same suspension, but also lose access to PRSI since it is their third violation in six months.

Due to our privacy policy, we cannot discuss specific cases involving other forum members with you, but just in general what I described above is what I think you are seeing.
