Suspicious activity in my system preferences network pane

These suspicious items appeared in my system preferences network pane... why?

I think I saw them before and deleted them, but they came back...

Any advice?

Are you using an Android phone? Apparently it happens when you use some Android phones with bluetooth on PCs, both Windows and Mac. It's not malicious in any way, as far as I can tell.

MT65XX is a Mediatek USB connected network interface common on Android phones. Got anything like that plugged in? If so, nothing to worry about.
