Suspicious app in "Background app refresh" menu?

After updating to iOS 16 and going to "Settings/General/Background app refresh" I've found an app called "Web" without icon that apparently is not installed in my iPhone (no way to find it).

Do you have the same on your device? Or it is something that shouldn't be there?

Please let me know 🙂
