Swap phone activations

I have ip5 my wife has ip4. Ok I just got ip5s but under her upgrade.
So can I activate ip5s to my number and then go and switch her ip4 to my ip5?
I'd guess I'd totally wipe my ip5 and thru iTunes activate it to obtain her number?
Or
Do I have to go into AT&T store to have it done?

You can go down to the ATT store if you want and they can do it just fine.
BUT you can do this yourself as well. That's exactly what I am doing.
The problem you (and I ) have is that the sim cards in the 4 and 5 are not the same size. So if you want to do this yourself, activate the 5s on your wife's line just like it was hers. this will activate the new sim on the new 5s and deactivate her ip4. Then after that wipe both phones (after doing a backup of course) and shut them down. switch the sims and reactivate both phones! YOU ARE GOOD TO GO!

CAN'T WAIT!
There shouldn't be any problems. I've done this several times now.
