swap sim cards

Is it ok to swap ATT sim cards from one iPad to another?

The units would of course have a unique ECID.


Should have added that only the the iPad that had the sim would be used with cellular.

I've heard of people buying sim cards from others that have active unlimited plans. They add the new person as an authorized user and switch their cc to the auto pay. I haven't seen it in action but have read about it on a couple other sites. Hope that helps.
