Swap watch band from AW4 at an Apple Store

Hi,

any experience regarding swapping the watch band that comes with an AW4 at an Apple Store?

Previously it wasn't possible because the band didn't have its own packaging.
But with AW4 it looks like the bands are in the original package within the Apple Watch box.

Any experience with that?

I just bought the SSGold Apple Watch 4 with the stone sports band, I tried to swap with the Milanese loop but The Apple store will not do it. Had to buy the Milanese loop separately.

If you have the reflective band, head to bay. I had all the other band colors form my purchase of original apple and replica bands, so purchased the reflective. Didn't like it. I put it on eBay and it sold for $125. With the Apple trade-in, I paid $184 for the new AW4
