Hi , i've read articles that apple replaces iPhone 4 to 4S in certain locations as early as May of this year. Anyone here that was lucky enough for this replacement swap? Also does anyone know if i can replace a iPhone 4 black for a White?

Not going to happen.
A few locations did it when they were out earlier this year but their policy is no replace for the same model, color and storage.

Grab a SIM tray from a 4S and hope for the best if your iPhone 4 isn't recognizable anymore. The two antenna bands on the iPhone 4 compared to the 4 on the 4S bezel are a dead giveaway though, so make sure it really looks as bad as an iClone.
