Swapping iPhone 5 color at AT&T store?

Considering returning my current iPhone 5 and swapping it for a different color. Bought it at the AT&T store, still within my 30 days return timeframe (obviously, since it only went on sale on the 19th of October). Has anyone had any experience returning it to an AT&T store and doing this? Assuming they have another in stock, did they charge you a restocking fee for the returned phone? Just curious.
