Something that when you open it it would maybe lean a little to one side, like a spring. Maybe you can click on it and pull it to one side or the other and it would bounce back like a spring. I think that would be a cool bit of eyecandy. Kinda like Beryl can do with windows in linux. I wonder how difficult it would be to do this, but Im not a developer so I would have no clue what to do.

I think that, like much of the eye-candy in Beryl, it's a stupid idea. No offense, but the kind of thing that addresses no functional purpose and exists solely to "look cool" is stupid, and shouldn't be encouraged. Yes, OS X is guilty of some of these things (new Dock and translucent menu bar, I'm looking at you guys).
