My hands will stay perfectly dry in summer/warm weather.

But just when the weather starts getting colder, my hands start getting sweaty.

I'm not dripping sweat, but it is enough for me to feel uncomfortable giving a handshake.

Anyone here have sweaty hands only in cold weather? Any solutions and reasons for this to happen?

Cheers.

You have hyperhydrosis. It can be triggered by reactions to cold. See your gp you can get a gel hand cream to help.

I've read about that. The strange thing is it only happens when it's cold.

Still, I'm going to look into some kind of topical anti-prespirants that could help.

Did someone recommend this or is it your idea? Anti-prespirants normally work by clogging sweat glans. That does not like a great idea to cover your hands with.

You need a doctor, not an OTC product. That isn't supposed to happen.

I have reynoids which means my hands and feet don't regulate temperature properly. Could it be a medical thing?

From what I read it seems plausible I have something like this, though I don't have any discolouration on my hands as the one seen in some of the photos.

I'll go see a doctor next week to check it out.
