Does anyone know of an SWF to video converter for Mac?

Is there a (preferably) free way to doing this?

Or can it be done with Quicktime Pro? Because I wouldn't mind paying for that, as I would use it more than once or twice...

I have a load of old videos I made in Flash, you see, and I want to convert them into formats I can use on Youtube, my iTunes podcast, etc. and I can't export from Flash CS3 as the quicktime export doesn't come out properly. (I've tried numerous times)

    All help appreciated.

    I'm asking the same question.

A friend has some files that he wants to convert, maybe ongoing. Not sure.

Best I could do was recommend this link. It's to a $40 converter (the cheapest one I saw for the Mac platform) that comes with a free trial to get you started:

    Best I could do.

BUT if anyone has any better suggestions, I'm all ears as well.

ffmpegX is a really great program which can convert most files into most files. I use it often and I've never encountered any problems.
