Swift Playgrounds Will Soon Be Able to Program and Control Robots, Drones, and Toys

Because we really want our kids to be flying drones as soon as they can figure out how to use a tablet!!

Unlike the earliest Apple I days, Apple has more than one programmer on staff. Woz is no longer the sole programmer of Apple computing devices.

Projects also have practical limits to how many developers can be assigned to them.

I'm pretty sure wanting Apple to improve Music has little to nothing to do with work done on Playgrounds.

Sounds fair enough, but with their own assertion about employee(s) getting reassigned from Mac- onto iPhone workgroups there seems to be scarce capacity where no one would ever expect it.
