Is anyone else having a problem when trying to edit a contact using Swiftkey in Iphone6 running 8.1? It seems whenever I switch from text to numbers or use the space bar the cursor moves to different boxes and when I hit the cancel key the country list comes up. When I switch back to the default keyboard all the keys work OK. Thanks

Yes I had some issues today on my 6+. Tap the First Name input and start typing, jumps to Last Name. Press Delete moves to next input element.:(

Then when I put the phone in landscape there is a huge blank space on the bottom below the keyboard.

All third-party keyboards are "buggy", not just SwiftKey; but it's due to the OS. The keyboards themselves are fine, but for some reason the OS doesn't display them properly, or let them pass on their keystrokes properly. Apple needs to fix the problem. I've reported it with each iOS 8.x release so far.

true. both swiftkey and swype have some annoying bugs

both have locked up my message app a few times and ive had to close the app and re open to get the keyboard to respond again....

its more of a constant annoyance than taking away any type of functionality of the phone tho...

Yep, pretty much. I've gone back to the stock keyboard for now.

I installed swiftkey and swype after months of being told a drawback of iOS is not having third party keyboards, however for me I have found them to be a load of rubbish. They have not sped up my typing or made things easier. It's made me realise how good the default iOS keyboard is and for that reason alone I am glad I have had the chance to try them. Many people rave about them but for me they've been a load of tripe.

coming from an android I only used swipe so I have swiftkey and while the bugs are indeed annoying im just dealing with it and hope they come out with a fix quickly. Especially since im on a 6 plus and its the only way i have figured out how to type one handed.
